With over 54,000 members and growing, Credit Union of America needed a way to grab current and prospective members’ attention through high-impact marketing and advertising to boost their revenue.


With other financial institutions all jockeying for members and sales, CUA entrusted PLAY with the task of increasing awareness of new products via creative promotions, and turning that awareness into action and sales. Through this promotion we reached 14% of $59M loan goal in the first week, increased new and prospective members’ awareness, increased teller participation and ultimately boosted sales.
