At the core of the Credit Union of America brand is friendliness. Across all facets of the business, CUA believes in being fair, honest, and above all else: nice. Recently, the organization asked PLAY to help increase overall service satisfaction scores among its existing members by giving CUA team members a refresher on expectations, service how-to’s, etc.
The result is a simple flip book that can sit virtually anywhere, giving team members instant access to helpful tips and reminders on how to approach credit union members, and their fellow colleagues. Staying true to the idea of “friendly” the booklet showcases the word “Hello,” both as a simple greeting as an acronym to help them remember key deliverables. Inviting, playful and brand-elevating, the piece provides an opportunity to elevate the brand experience from the inside, out.
