Q: Favorite Things to Do in Your Spare Time?
A: Spare time? Well, I suppose when I find some, I enjoy getting lost on the Internet, people watching, doing crossword puzzles, making weird faces, listening to music, collecting art, watching television shows, cooking with Lisa and subsequently eating, hanging with my cat Mona, and… drinking.

Q: Favorite project you’ve worked on at PLAY so far?
A: The confection invite for Legacy Retirement Communities was pretty fun. I got to draw copious amounts of cupcakes.

Q: Any artists that inspire some of your work?
A: Well, I take inspiration from a lot of places beyond just artists. I enjoy seeing people of varying disciplines achieving things at a high level: a chef creating perfect food combinations, a guitarist who finds that perfect level of feedback, a dog-walker tending to a pack of seven pitbulls plus one mini pinscher. They are all inspirational on their own level. But, as far as visual artists/designers go, I enjoy the work of Tom Sachs, James Rosenquist, Chad Hagan, Jon Contino, & Casey Neistat.

Q:Top 3 favorite books?
A: Hmmm, this is a tough question. I go through my phases of reading and I haven’t read many novels lately. I would say…
1. Galapagos by Kurt Vonnegut
2. Choke by Chuck Palahniuk
3. Animal Farm by George Orwell

Q: Favorite vacation spot?
A: Well, I have yet to leave the ole U.S. of A. but I would probably say NYC or New Orleans.
