R&O wanted a printed mailer that helped onboard new patients as they began their journey with the medical practice. This mailer helped educate new patients on what being a patient was like and gave them information about what they needed to bring to their first appointment. Giving this information to new patients beforehand helped cut back on confusion and time spent onboarding on the day of the actual appointment. Creating the smoothest possible onboarding process was incredibly crucial to R&O. Beyond offering important content, R&O wanted to create dynamic, on-brand graphics that caught the attention of their audience. By creating enticing graphics, people would be more likely to pay attention to what R&O was asking of them.
The focus of this digital campaign began as brand awareness and grew to a conversion campaign in the last few months. Once conversions were the focus, the clients wished to get form submissions regarding R&O’s Fracture Liaison Service and Bone Health Clinic. We promoted why this service is set apart from the competition, what makes R&O different, and what potential clients get from R&O that they wouldn’t get from other places. Over the course of the short campaign, the Facebook campaign generated 13 conversions, 1,537 landing page views, 5,310 clicks, and 238,409 impressions.
